Luxury aluminum COBRAFRAME buckle with stainless steel adjuster and integrated D-ring.

Reinforced version with a strength of 18kN for 45mm straps.

The buckle is made of 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum (body), stainless steel (clamping bar, D-ring, D-ring pin). The buckle has a breaking strength of 18kN (approximately 1800kg suspended weight), the D-ring has a breaking strength of 22kN (approximately 2200kg), and the loop has a breaking strength of 36kN (provided that appropriate tape and stitching are used).

The buckle should be sewn on one side (tape loop) and threaded through the self-locking bar on the other side so that the end of the belt is on the outside. Instructions for weaving the tape can be found on our blog.

Clamps are tools and are shipped by the factory in bulk packaging. There may be minor scratches or dents on the clamp coating.

Braces with the most durable HARDCOATED GRAY coating and ANODIZED coating are manufactured in separate electrochemical processes without the possibility of obtaining uniform final results. Braces from different series have different shades, sometimes the differences are visible to the naked eye. This does not constitute grounds for complaint or return of the product. If aesthetics are most important to you, we recommend choosing brackets with HPC High Performance Coating, KTL black coating, or powder coating.
