Luxury aluminum COBRAFRAME buckle with stainless steel adjuster.

Reinforced version with a strength of 18kN for 45mm straps.

EASY ADJUSTMENT version with an additional lifting flap for easy adjustment of the strap length.

The clamp is made of 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum (body) and stainless steel (clamping beam). The buckle’s breaking strength is 18 kN (approximately withstands a suspended weight of about 1800 kg), and 36 kN in a loop (provided that appropriate tape and stitching are used).

The buckle should be sewn on one side (tape loop) and threaded through the self-locking bar on the other side so that the end of the belt is on the outside. Instructions for interweaving the tape can be found on our blog.

Final remarks:

Clamps are tools and are shipped by the factory in bulk packaging. There may be minor scratches or dents on the buckle coating.

Braces with the most durable HARDCOATED GRAY coating and ANODIZED coating are manufactured in separate electrochemical processes without the possibility of obtaining uniform final results. Braces from different series have different shades, sometimes the differences are visible to the naked eye. This does not constitute grounds for complaint or return of the product. If aesthetics are most important to you, we recommend choosing brackets with HPC High Performance Coating, black KTL coating, or powder coating.
